Cyma - Dual Time Hunter-Type - Unisex - 1980-1989

Offered here is an unusual Swiss-made Cyma Dual Time Hunter-Type quartz wristwatch dating from approximately 1987.

Its most distinctive feature is the hinged hunter-style construction incorporating two separate analogue time displays. With the cover closed, the watch presents a black dial with gold-tone hands and a complete ring of colourless crystal-set hour markers. Opening the hinged cover reveals a second white dial featuring Roman numerals, a central seconds hand and “Quartz – Swiss Made” signatures. The two displays can be used to indicate different time zones.

The watch features a 33 mm gold-plated case and an integrated gold-plated metal bracelet with a signed Cyma clasp. The case back is signed “Cyma Watch Ltd – Le Locle – Switzerland” and carries the Cyma emblem.

The watch has been maintained. Consistent with its age and previous use, the case, hinged cover, bracelet, clasp and case back display fine scratches, surface marks and minor discolouration around some joints. Small surface marks may also be visible on the dial and crystal under strong macro photography. The ring of colourless stones appears complete in the photographs. The stones have not been gemologically tested and are not offered as diamonds.

Water resistance has not been tested and cannot be guaranteed. The photographs form an important part of the condition report and should be examined carefully.

The watch does not come with its original box or papers. It will be placed in a special protective transport case and shipped fully insured.
