Description:
This unique circular sculptural wall artwork by Inna Grow (GROWART) combines traditional East Asian symbolism with contemporary relief art. At the center of the composition are the Japanese characters “改善” (Kaizen), meaning “continuous improvement” and “positive change”.

Two elegant koi fish move in a harmonious circular motion around the central inscription, symbolizing prosperity, perseverance, balance and good fortune. Blooming cherry blossom branches (sakura) frame the composition, representing renewal, beauty and the fleeting nature of life.
