Lacrymal (Jimmy) è nato nel 1990 ad Aubervilliers. È lì che ha iniziato la sua pratica da autodidatta, dipingendo sui muri della sua città personaggi che mescola con collage elaborati al computer e poi stampati. Le sue opere si presentano come una tensione tra due tipologie di forme e linee. Espone in diversi paesi europei.
Nel 2018, Jimmy ha adottato lo pseudonimo Lacrymal per la realizzazione dei suoi dipinti, un riferimento alla ghiandola che secerne le lacrime.
