Dial and Hands
The dial features an attractive grey linen-textured finish, providing a refined backdrop for the printed black indices and text. Minor spotting is visible under magnification, consistent with the age of the watch. The black stick hands are well preserved with no significant wear, remaining clean and highly legible against the textured dial.
Case and Crystal
The stainless steel case presents an ultra-thin profile, highlighted by a thin integrated steel bezel. The exterior caseback, flanks, and bezel show light surface scratches consistent with age and honest wear. When opened, noticeable pitting and corrosion are visible on the caseback seating rim. The crown is signed with the Omega logo and features defined knurling. A clear, flat acrylic crystal protects the dial, showing no major scratches or crazing.
Movement
Inside is the manual wind Omega Caliber 620, featuring copper-colored plating, 17 jewels, and adjustments for two positions. The movement displays a clean appearance with no obvious signs of corrosion on the caliber itself. Exhibiting remarkable accuracy and consistency, performing brilliantly for a vintage timepiece. The recorded timegrapher result is +10+12s/day.
Strap
The watch is fitted with a black leather strap featuring white contrast stitching, which appears unworn or very lightly used.
Condition
Good vintage condition. The watch displays honest wear, including the noted pitting on the hidden caseback seating rim and light surface scratches on the exterior case surfaces. The dial and hands remain in excellent visual condition, and the movement is performing very strongly as supported by the recorded timegrapher result.
Dimensions
The case measures 34mm (excluding the crown).
Remarks
This Omega De Ville offers a classic minimalist design elevated by a striking grey linen-textured dial. Powered by the reliable manual wind Caliber 620, the ultra-thin profile makes it a highly refined dress watch.
