The original gold-tone dauphine hands exhibit visible surface oxidation and micro-spotting under macro inspection, reflecting expected age-related wear. Consistent with the elegant dress watch style of the period, there is no luminous material present on the dial or hands.

Case and Crystal
The gold-tone case displays honest vintage wear, with visible plating loss noted particularly on the reverse edges, including the perimeter of the caseback and the lug edges.
