Raro trofeo in argento sterling William IV, forma campaniforme con decorazione di grappolo e vite sul collo, peso 843 g, attribuito a Edward e John Barnard, coppa incisa del Society des moulins di Ginevra, corpo cesellato con motivi floreali e di foglie, due manici a voluta con cappucci a foglie, base circolare a piede cesellato con decorazione di grappolo e vite, interno dorato, risalente al 1832, dimensioni altezza 28 cm, larghezza corpo 14 cm, profondità 14 cm.

Rare and impressive William IV sterling silver cup or trophy,
campana shape with an grape and vine decoration around the neck.

With massive weight of 843 g, Maker’s Edward and John Barnard (attributed to ) on one side of the body there is an engraved trophy cup from Society des moulins, probably in Geneva Switzerland.

The body is chased with a band of floral and leaf decoration and two leaf capped scroll handles and supported on a circular pedestal foot chased with a grape and vine decoration. Gilt interior. This piece is in very good original condition. (1832)
