Georg Jensen 1999 Annual Pipe – Lensen Tabak, Arnhem – Made in Denmark
Offered here is a beautiful Georg Jensen Annual Pipe from 1999, made in Denmark, shape# 27.
Lensen Tabak, a well-established specialist tobacconist in Arnhem, selected a limited number of these pipes and had them marked with its own shop stamp. This example therefore combines the Georg Jensen / Made in Denmark markings with the Lensen Tabak stamp.
The pipe features very attractive briar with pronounced flame grain, a black acrylic stem with decorative inlay, and a subtle brass-tone accent ring between shank and stem.
The pipe has been carefully restored and cleaned while preserving its original character.
Restoration included:
* Bowl carefully reamed
* Briar and stem thoroughly cleaned
* All smoke channels thoroughly cleaned
* Acrylic stem carefully refinished and professionally polished
* Briar professionally polished
* Finished with several layers of carnauba wax for protection and a deep gloss
The original stamps remain clear and well preserved.
The pipe is in very attractive restored condition, showing only normal light signs of age and previous use.
Dimensions:
-length 14 cm.
-tobacco chamber 20x40 mm.
