Utopia - BUBBLES — THE LITTLE UNIVERSE

Bubbles presenta un insieme di forme colorate che sembrano fluttuare, sovrapporsi e coesistere nello stesso spazio visivo. Ogni bolla porta la propria identità, espressione ed energia, ma al centro della composizione c’è un piccolo, quasi nascosto apertura: un universo dentro l’universo.

Quell’oscurità diventa il cuore concettuale dell’opera. Non è semplicemente una riga vuota, ma un portale in un’altra dimensione — un minuscolo cosmo nascosto tra i corpi colorati. Al suo interno, due coccinelle si incontrano e si guardano, trasformando un dettaglio apparentemente insignificante in un momento di connessione.

Le due coccinelle possono essere viste come due esseri che si scoprono a margine di un Universo infinito. Il loro incontro suggerisce che, anche nel caos, nel colore e nel rumore del mondo esterno, esiste sempre uno spazio piccolo dove la connessione, la curiosità e la scoperta possono accadere.

Ciò che inizialmente appare come una composizione di bolle colorate si rivela gradualmente un mondo nascosto — ricordandoci che talvolta lo spazio più piccolo può contenere l’universo più grande.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Utopia is a Brazilian self-taught artist whose roots are in graffiti and street art. His artistic journey has taken his work from street walls to galleries, exhibitions, festivals, sculptures and private collections in different countries.

His visual language combines street culture with contemporary art, often exploring themes of love, emotion, imagination and human connection.

Utopia has also collaborated with recognised artists from the Portuguese graffiti scene, including Nomen and RAM, contributing to the development of his artistic practice.

His work is appreciated by collectors for its originality, vibrant colours, delicate details and unmistakable artistic identity.
