The Mission 707 is a classic British loudspeaker from Mission Electronics, introduced in the mid-1980s. Designed as a compact two-way bass-reflex monitor, the 707 combines Mission’s distinctive inverted driver arrangement with a substantial 21 cm bass/midrange driver and a 19 mm polymer-dome tweeter.

Unlike conventional loudspeakers, the tweeter is positioned below the bass driver. Mission developed this arrangement to help equalise the acoustic path lengths from the individual drivers to the listener’s ears. The 707 also features a rigid injection-m moulded front baffle made from polypropylene and natural minerals, designed to minimise cabinet and midrange resonances.

To deliver this product properly, it is carefully packed in very strong boxes, thereby wrapped in bubble wrap with lots of padding.
