Splendida, autentica mascotte vintage Jaguar "Leaper" per cofano, montata su una elegante basetta/display in legno scuro. Si tratta di un pezzo originale di fabbrica e non di una riproduzione moderna.
Sul lato inferiore della mascotte (sulla pancia della giaguaro, vicino alla base di montaggio) è presente l'originale numero di colata 7/10091/1 e le iniziali WBB. Nota: a causa delle riflessioni e dell'angolazione delle foto, questo numero è purtroppo molto difficile da vedere nelle immagini, ma è effettivamente incastonato e ne garantisce l'autenticità. Ciò conferma che l'oggetto è stato prodotto dal leggendario produttore britannico Wilmot Breeden di Birmingham, fornitore ufficiale delle finiture cromate per Jaguar negli anni Cinquanta e Sessanta.

Beautiful, authentic vintage Jaguar "Leaper" car bonnet mascot, mounted on a stylish dark wooden display base. This is a genuine period piece and not a modern reproduction.
On the underside (under the belly of the jaguar, close to the mounting base), the mascot features the original casting number 7/10091/1 and the initials WBB. Please note: due to the reflections and the angle of the photos, this number is unfortunately very difficult to see in the pictures, but it is physically cast into the metal and guarantees its authenticity. This confirms it was manufactured by the legendary British company Wilmot Breeden (Birmingham), the official supplier of chrome trim for Jaguar during the 1950s and 1960s.
This specific 8-inch model was factory-fitted onto iconic classic saloons and sports cars of the era, including the Jaguar Mark 1, Mark 2 (Mk II), S-Type, Mk VIII, Mk IX, and XK150.
