Monastero Grande Chartreuse
Una versione gialla della VEP Verte, un liquore prodotto dai monaci cartusiensi della Grande Chartreuse a Grenoble.

Ottenuto aggiungendo una miscela di erbe aromatiche, prevalentemente gialle, questo liquore è stato invecchiato per diversi anni in botti. La ricetta è gelosamente custodita dai monaci cartusiensi “gemelli”. Solo due la conoscevano: quando uno morì, l’altro decise di tramandarla a un terzo.
Ingredienti: alcol, zucchero, 130 erbe e fiori.
Presentazione: tappo della bottiglia caratteristico sigillato con cera con l’emblema della La Grande Chartreuse. Scatola in legno termosigillata. La quantità disponibile ogni anno è limitata, ogni bottiglia è numerata.
Degustazione: è uno dei liquori più straordinari al mondo. Rispetto al verde, il sapore è più rotondo, più caldo, meno balsamico.
Alcool: 42% vol
Formato: 100 cl
