Offered is a lot of two vintage medical and surgical instrument sets, sold together as one collection.
The lot consists of two different groups of historical medical instruments, both showing the characteristics of professional equipment from a bygone era.
Set 1 – Vintage Dental / Medical Instruments
This set contains a selection of vintage dental and medical hand instruments, including various extraction instruments, elevators and other metal instruments.
Among the pieces is an instrument bearing the marking “NOBRULMA Roche”.
The instruments have different shapes and configurations and are presented together as shown in the photographs.
Set 2 – Vintage Surgical Instruments
The second set consists mainly of vintage surgical instruments, including:
* several scalpels / surgical cutting instruments
* one pair of surgical scissors
* additional small surgical instruments
* the original vintage instrument case
The case has internal elastic straps designed to hold the instruments in place.
Condition
The instruments are in used vintage condition, with signs consistent with age and previous use, including scratches, surface marks, patina and some oxidation.
The cases also show signs of age and use.
No professional restoration or polishing has been carried out.
