About the series:
The photo series "stadtbaum" features analog multiple exposures of trees in urban settings. Through the overlay of several exposures, mysterious and almost ghostly tree figures emerge, giving the urban space a poetic and abstract presence. The contrast between the clear tree forms and the blurred backgrounds of buildings and streets emphasizes the duality of nature and city life. The black-and-white aesthetic enhances the timeless quality of the images, inviting viewers to reconsider the relationship between nature and the human environment.
