The IW327004 is the blue-dial version of the IWC Pilot’s Watch Mark XVIII. Its clean and highly legible dial follows the traditional design language of IWC’s classic pilot watches while offering a more distinctive visual character.
The watch features a 40 mm stainless-steel case and is powered by the automatic IWC calibre 30110, operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) with approximately 42 hours of power reserve. Functions include hours, minutes, central hacking seconds, and date indication.
The Mark XVIII was originally designed with a soft-iron inner case for increased protection against magnetic fields and a sapphire crystal secured against displacement caused by sudden drops in air pressure. The original water-resistance specification from IWC was 6 bar.
