An exceptional, high-grade Imperial German silver crown struck at the Hamburg Mint (Mintmark J) during the final tranquil years of the German Empire. Engraved with the bold legend: “FREIE UND HANSESTADT HAMBURG” followed by the “J” mintmark at the bottom.
• Reverse: Showcases the majestic, large crowned Imperial Eagle of the German Empire bearing the Hohenzollern shield upon its breast. Encircled by the legend “DEUTSCHES REICH 1913” and the denomination “★ DREI MARK ★”.
