According to Artprice, Bruno Cantais's paintings and prints were valued at approximately €600-€2,000 in 2021, making him a relatively affordable artist for collectors.
A prolific and spontaneous creator, Bruno Cantais lives in Lyon. He explores a range of techniques, from abstract expressionism à la Rauchenberg or De Kooning, to the projection of matter reminiscent of Georges Mathieu, to Pop Art collage, and the expressionism of Karel Appel, which straddles the line between abstract gesture and figurative representation. But his signature style remains this physical painting, this material worked with the body, a testament to the artist's intimate monologue. He is represented by Galerie Les Couleurs de l'Éternité in France and Gallery Modern Dutchart in the Netherlands. His work has been listed on Artprice, Drouot, and Akoun since 2005. He was also represented by Atelier Maeght in 2005. He recently participated in the Art3f fair in Lyon. Recent exhibitions in Chisinau, Moldova; Cannes; Pézenas; and Lyon; Paul Bocuse Abbey gala evening 2023. Paris gallery, private collection, Île Saint Louis since 2016. Exhibiting in international galleries in Belgium, USA, Italy and Portugal since 2019.
