Hello, if the gem is not what you were expecting then return it (which you haven’t done).
On top of that, I have contacted you to offer two other alternatives besides the return itself, and you haven’t even bothered to reply.  
What’s the point of making these comments when you show no intention of resolving “the issue” or carrying out a normal commercial exchange?
Also, I have been checking the photos and the video I have of the gem, and I can´t see any crack; there is only a solid-type inclusion in the center, which is very standard in sphene, and it can be clearly seen in the lot photo

The gem was returned by postal service for no good reason. The seller messaged to check address and immediately sent back.
Gem has come as described in great packaging.
