1,500 euro products come in two tiny plastic bags, in a very large box made of an ordinary cardboard, without a certificate of authenticity, and catawiki ask me to solve with seller ... not OK! 

Regrettably, this mandatory procedure is requested by the insurance company to insure the shipment. Additionally, Catawiki doesn't mandate sellers to provide certificates for products valued under €2000. Furthermore, the auctioned item was not listed on a platform where certification is necessary.

The item is nice, as they say it is. But the cost did go up from a 80€ buy price to a total cost of 226,79€, and that's a bit annoying. (EU buyer)

The item was sold at 80 euros as stated. Could you please check with Catawiki what's the extra cost for?

I'm regretted to know that you have to pay another €185 for the custom charges. Honestly we have no knowledge on the duty and tax policy of your country, and other countries either. But we did mention in the item description that all custom and import fees are solely on buyers, and we cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred on importing jewelry to the buyer's country of residence. You are suggested to check with your custom on how the tax and duty was calculated. 

Belle photo... bijoux un peu décevant mais cela peut arriver lorsque l'on achète sans voire réellement l'objet.
