    Disappointing. Bag was missing the strap stated in the description. Seller admitted the mistake but only offered return or "as is" option, refusing a partial refund. Did not offer return shipping.

    Recebemos a encomenda pena que o artigo não venha completamente limpo e a brilhar. Tratando se de um artigo de luxo deveria de existir um cuidado muito maior. O artigo está igual às fotos pena limpeza
