On the first day of auction, each item is carefully transferred to our packaging center, where it is stored in temperature-controlled wine fridges. Before dispatch, every bottle is wrapped in our signature OHMS paper and securely packaged for shipment. Wines arrived well. Again securely packaged. A 2004 Magnum Auslese was sent instead of 2006; just fyi; not an issue - this is also fine for me.
