While I make every effort to ensure that all packages are packaged as securely as possible, unfortunately I cannot control how they are handled once they are in the possession of the carrier.

Received a broken watch. The seller mocked me. Catawiki ignored all proof. Complaints filed with EU, BG, NL & GR authorities. Think twice before trusting this platform or seller.

Watch without documents and box, arrived in a paper bag in a package, like a fish from the market, new and not original strap. For me, a watch collector, practically, without any commercial value.
