Beautiful pearl necklace and reasonably fast shipping, but getting the package was an ordeal. I understand you shipped with TNTexpress, but they're taken over by FedEx and that company is a mess.

There was a delay in delivery but that is not fault of the seller. Receiving items in Madeira is difficult. It was very well packaged. The text for chain was silver but pic showed gold. It is gold.
