Its imposible that two iron cups foundition of ten kg. Are completly broken. Finally they are arrived. I sent and did all my obligations correctly. And the goods arrived in time, the problem was with the adreess of destination. But luckily they are there, i sent all the information to the buyer and i demanded to eliminate the negative opinion.
