Are you serious! We have told you already several times that the floorstand and remote control are send in a second package! We really don’t understand the negative feedback.

Very good condition of the article and very responsive comms, however the offer pictures contained parts that were not in the sale - needed some clarification and reimbursement. Therefore neutral.

Customer claims there should be a wall charger inside this lot. There was a original B&O usb c charger in this lot. Same as on all the pictures and lot tekst. Only on the last picture ( where this items was showed with al the available accessories) the customer claims that is has to be delivered. Now he got a refund of 50% of this accessory and still is not satisfied 🤷‍♂️

La télécommande du Beosound Essence ne fonctionne pas bien, le volume varie tout seul. J’ai converser avec le vendeur et il ne souhaite pas trouver de solution et maintenant il m’ignore. Genial 😩

Fijn dat u eerste even contact met ons opneemt o, in plaats van een negatieve feedback te geven.  U geeft eerst een negatieve feedback en daarna neemt u pas contact met ons op 🤷‍♂️
