That was the message I received from you. No photos, nothing that proved that the bottles were broken. Just your word. I had to interrupt messaging with you because of your rudeness and inability to stop offending instead of finding a solution. 
Then I waited for "the pieces" to be returned. When I received information from the post I didn’t object to the order being cancelled and you had a full refund, although you have never proven anything had arrived broken. So you lost nothing.
About who is rude, your text and the use of capital letters says it all.
