Originally used as a traditional grain and storage sack, this piece represents an important part of rural Anatolian textile culture.
It features characteristic striped and decorated bands combining sumak and plainweave techniques, reflecting nomadic and village weaving traditions.
The kilim shows good color harmony and strong graphic design, making it attractive both as a collectible and as a decorative wall textile.
