Lithograph on wove paper.
L'Estampe Moderne's blind stamp on the bottom right corner.
Dimensions:
+Size of the sheet : approximately 40,5 x 30,7 cm / 15,9 x 12 in.
+Size of the image : 34 x 25 cm / 13,3 x 9,8 in.
Condition: In good condition, with soft handling creases and minor stains at the edges. A minor part missing upper right corner and minor folds lower left corner. Image very clean otherwise, with bright and vivid colors. Not framed.

Not unlike the Maitre de L'Affiche series, L'Estampe Moderne was a portfolio printed between 1897-98, published by Imprimerie Champenois, Paris, contained 24 monthly portfolios, with four original lithographs in each. Each was commissioned only for this series.
As well as Mucha, some of the contributing artists included Rhead, Meunier, Ibels, Steinlen, Willette and Grasset.
