Yōji 幼児 (Infant) - Staty Brons - Japan

This bronze statue of an infant is by sculptor Ogawa Daikei (real name Ogawa Takayoshi).
The title of the piece is "Yōji 幼児 (Infant)."
The inscription "Shōwa jū ichi-nen fuyu Takayoshi 昭和十一年冬 孝義 (Winter of 1936, Takayoshi)" is engraved on the bottom of the back.
The box reads "Shōwa 11-nen shōgatsu Takayoshi-saku 昭和11年正月 孝義作 (New Year, 1936, Made by Takayoshi)" and "Ogawa taikei-saku Tsuchiya (小川大系作 槌屋 By Ogawa Daikei, Tsuchiya)."
The infant is eating something and holding a ball in his right hand.
Showa 11 is 1936.
This was 90 years ago.
Sculptures of Japanese boys are rare, making this an extremely rare piece.
