True first original printing from 1955 (not to be confused with later printings) in very good condition. The interior is in in excellent condition, taken into account how delicate the thin pages are. No markings, no foxing, no creased pages. Outside a bit darkened and minor signs of handling, but still in very good condition considering the age of the book. Firm binding, no missing parts.

The exhibition was edited by the legendary Edward Steichen for the Museum of Modern Art, New York and was showing 503 pictures from 68 countries.
