If the expiration date has passed and you made a payment attempt, the amount will still be debited from your account, even though Catawiki does not receive it. In such cases, you will be refunded automatically. The refund can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.

To finalize your purchase, it will be necessary to make a new payment with a new Multibanco reference, as it’s not possible to proceed without previous authorization.
