User Communication & anti-Harassment Policy

We strive to be the trusted destination for passionate enthusiasts to find the objects they love, where everyone is treated with courtesy and respect. This means we absolutely do not tolerate any inappropriate, offensive, hateful or threatening communications towards any of our users or employees, through any platform. This includes via email, messaging apps, discussion boards, social media, etc. 

Users are also strictly prohibited to engage in threats of bodily or physical harm or any kind of harassment. 


In accordance with our user terms, without accepting any liability or responsibility to Users:

  1. Any violation of this policy can result in your account being flagged, temporarily or permanently blocked. 
  2. We reserve the right to report applicable violations to local law enforcement and take legal action if needed. 
  3. We reserve the right to disclose any information as necessary or deemed desirable to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in our sole discretion. 
  4. If notified by a user or employee of communications that allegedly go against our policy, we may investigate the allegation and determine in our sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the communication. 


Contacting our customer support team will not result in any changes related to implementation of this policy.
