Voigtländer Bessa I + Vaskar 4,5/105mm | Analogue camera

Offered: an almost new condition Voigtländer Bessa I folding camera with a 105 mm lens. Bessa is known for its series of foldable viewfinder and rangefinder cameras from Voigtländer, introduced in 1929. It was a dual-format camera that produced 6x9 and 4.5x6 inch photos on medium format roll film. The production of these cameras was interrupted by World War II. After the war, Bessa was produced in limited quantities, and in 1950 was succeeded by Bessa I and Bessa II. Production ended in 1956 when Voigtländer was acquired by Carl Zeiss AG, which preferred its 135 film camera lines and SLR cameras.
