This former post house located on the road to Compostela would have hosted Hugues Capet. Since 1969, it has belonged to the Roux family, owner of several estates in Fronsadais. A classic blend of Merlot (80%) and Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine, with a dense and deep purple color, delivers a bouquet of ripe black fruits mixed with toast when aerated. Firm and fresh on the attack, the palate displays great power, carried by solid tannins and an elegant woodiness which lets the fruit express itself in a long finish.
