Morocco
Classification: Primitive achondrite (Lodranite)
History: The meteorite was purchased by Mohamed Ali Loud in July 2025 from Mohamed Yahia Elyahyaoy in Morocco.
Physical characteristics: Several brownish rocks with some fusion crust.
Petrography: Protogranular aggregate predominantly composed of up to 700 µm sized olivine and low-Ca pyroxene grains with smaller and less abundant sodic feldspar and diopside. Some olivines show reduced rims often associated with FeNi-metal. Minor phases include whitlockite, Cl-apatite, Ti-free chromite, FeS, and partly altered FeNi-metal.
Shock stage: low
Weathering grade: moderate
