Elegant sculptural desk lamp inspired by classical design, crafted during the interwar period (1930s to 1940s), depicting a putto/cherub in a dynamic pose, with an arm raised holding the torch that incorporates the light source. A 'Centenaria' decorative piece with a commanding presence, ideal for classic, neoclassical, or eclectic interiors.
The sculpture is made of cast metal with a patinated bronze tone finish, mounted on a solid circular marble base, which provides stability and an aesthetic characteristic of high-quality lamps of Italian tradition.
It highlights the inscription engraved on the base: 'P. Uccello – Napoli', which adds character and reinforces its Neapolitan origin.
