The Sarcophagi of Emperor Ashoka is a 128-page work offering an alternative, rewritten, and redesigned version of the albums The Sarcophagi of the 6th Continent and the Gondwana Sanctuary, in an unprecedented square format.
The album includes 111 pages of comic strips, enriched with a documentary dossier on Expo 58, illustrated with rare photos from the archives of the newspaper Le Soir, highlighting André Juillard's attention to authenticity and detail, faithful to the spirit of Edgar P. Jacobs.
