Stephanus de Neef (Ghent, November 22, 1684 – Bruges, March 18, 1746) was a Southern Netherlands Franciscan friar and theologian.
Born in Ghent, De Neef entered the Bruges Minorite monastery in 1702. After completing his studies, he became a teacher of philosophy and theology for many years. He was awarded the title of Lector Jubilatus.
He became the guardian of the monasteries in Brugge, Tielt, and Kortrijk. In 1736, he was elected as provincial.
