Hohner - Verzameling vooroorlogse mondharmonica's - ZELDZAME MODELLEN - - Harmonica

Up for auction is this unique collection of five rare, pre-war M. Hohner harmonicas. All feature the pre-war star logo and are in beautiful, original condition.

The following models are involved.

1.) Hohner Harmonette, large model. With wooden sound box, made between 1909 and 1925.

2.) Hohner Corona, double-breathed version and including original box. Made in 1931.

3.) Hohner Echophone, with brass bell. Made between 1920 and 1925.

4.) Hohner Tuckaway, a so-called "novelty harmonica" for the American market, with hinged covers that allow the harmonica to be concealed. Produced between 1925 and 1930.

5.) Hohner The Pathfinder, made for the Dutch market and including the original box. Made in 1925.
