It's new, never used. However, I should mention that it has two small defects: two pulled threads (visible in the photo, near the artist's signature) and a small white stain at the bottom on the blue part. Other than that, it's beautiful; the defects are almost imperceptible.
Purchased from a private sale of Hermès, it features the X red stamp slightly visible under the label.
With box, no tag.

This Carré was the first pattern printed in two colors on both sides of the same silk layer.

Hermès. The artist was inspired by the archives of Leonardo Da Vinci, referencing the anatomical portraits of the horse from sketches made when he was commissioned to create the world's largest equestrian statue by Ludovico II Moro.
Duke of Milan in 1482, unfortunately never completed by him.
