A charming mid‑20th‑century brass serving basket with pierced decorative bandwork and a removable glass insert. The openwork leaf motif reflects the refined decorative vocabulary popular in European tableware of the 1950–1970 period, where functional domestic objects were elevated through detailed metal craftsmanship and high‑end quality materials.
