Description from the seller

German watch manufacturing

Hanhart

Hanhart specializes in the manufacturing of stopwatches and high-quality chronographs.
In 1938, Hanhart developed his first impression chronograph, Caliber 40.
Production of the two-pusher model caliber 41 began in 1940.
Hanhart watches were often special service watches for military pilots.
In 1940, the Hanhart Flieger-Chronograph with the in-house Flyback caliber 41 (=timing switch) was also introduced — see Watch Cosmos - Hanhart Watch History Part II.
