Elegant glazed ceramic vase of Italian artistic production, created by Franco Calleri, a ceramist active in Genoa after World War II.
The vase features an architectural sculptural form, with a semicircular body and an upper cylindrical neck, hand-decorated with stylized motifs inspired by landscape and symbolism, executed in brown-reddish tones on a cream background. The formal language recalls post-war Italian modernist design, with mid-century influences.
At the bottom are present:

Brand of the Lavenia manufactory
indication "Made in Italy"
additional marks and stamps of manufacture
