Grape variety: Tempranillo (Tinta del País) from our own vineyards with an average age of over 80 years.
Hand-harvested.
Aged in American and French oak barrels for 24 months. Then aged for one year in the bottle.
Tasting notes: Brilliant cherry-red color with ruby highlights, minty notes of licorice, and roasted coffee. Balanced, silky, and structured.
