Very beautiful and completely original U.S. Navy enlisted dress blue jumper from the World War II period. This uniform was personally worn by Edward J. Dischinat, a Marine from Pennsylvania who served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. His name is clearly stamped on the inside of the collar, making this piece especially unique due to its directly traceable provenance.

The uniform is in remarkably good condition for its age. All characteristic details are present:
The iconic sailor collar with double white piping and little stars.
• The original rank patch on the sleeve, with eagle, insignia, and red chevrons (Petty Officer Third Class).
Authentic WWII-style wool fabric, smooth and not affected by moths.
