Preparation: Grape selection from different plots of Rioja Alta owned by the winery and local producers. It remains between 12 and 18 months in large wooden deposits of the founding era until the fermentations are finished and rests before being transferred for later aging. It was mainly bred in used American oak barrels of 225 liters, and other volumes, between 54 and 72 months. Subjected to various manual transfers on a regular basis. A minimum of 3 years of storage in bottle before being marketed.
