Anna Bila — Morning, a 145 cm by 135 cm original mixed‑media on canvas (acrylic and ink) from 2023, hand signed and in excellent condition, depicting animals and wildlife, rolled and sold direct from the artist.
Description from the seller
This abstract work captures the fragile moment between night and day, between sleep and awakening. A deep blue area reflects the silence and dissolving quality of night, when consciousness has yet to take clear shape. Warm orange and yellow planes gradually emerge, symbolizing the first inner stirrings and the return of attention to reality. The colors coexist gently, creating a sense of natural, almost imperceptible transition.
The painting is versatile: it complements any interior and can be displayed in any orientation, altering the mood and composition of the space.
Original. One of a kind.
Medium: acrilyc and ink on canvas
Shipping: rolled without stretcher, requires professional mounting.
Anna Bila is an Ukrainian artist whose work explores themes of childhood, adolescence, memory, and the perception of the past — not as something static, but as something continuously reinterpreted through the lens of the present. Nature in her paintings serves not only as a visual motif, but also as a source of emotion, states of mind, and reflection.
Her portraits are not aimed at achieving physical resemblance, but rather at conveying an emotional connection with the depicted figure — whether it’s a close acquaintance or a fleeting stranger.
Her artistic style ranges from controlled, precise technique to experimental painting, where the spontaneous flow of pigment plays a key role. The works become a space for dialogue — both with herself and with the viewer.
The artist has participated in solo and group exhibitions in Ukraine, Italy, and Germany
