Description from the seller
Collector's item.
100% hand-painted on cotton canvas.
This painting should be displayed under UV light for a 100% experience.
Artwork sent without a frame, in a shipping tube via DHL.

In this work, the viewer is challenged to confront the limits of perception — both visual and symbolic. The central figure, surrounded by an urban graffiti environment, appears with her eyes covered by a pink metallic band: a literal and metaphorical veil that suggests censorship, protection, or self-imposition. Her hidden gaze invites introspection, while the pulsating purple background vibrates with layers of fragmented words, such as 'DREAM,' evoking the collective unconscious and the fragility of human desires.
But there is more than meets the eye.
Under ultraviolet light, a second layer of the work is revealed — hidden, intimate, unveiling symbols, messages, or textures invisible under natural light. This hidden dimension alludes to the complexity of contemporary identities: what we show, what we hide, and what can only be revealed under specific conditions — emotional, social, or technological.
