Description from the seller

Welcome to my Swiss wrist watches boutique!

Gevril Watches was founded in 1758 – which was around the time when most of today’s oldest watch brands (like Vacheron Constantin and Blancpain) came into existence. Although Gevril Watches does not have the same level of public acclaim as other Swiss companies (such as Rolex, Tissot, and Patek Philippe), it does have a notable history and origin.
Gevril Watches was founded by a Swiss watchmaker named Jacques Gevril. Gevril was born in La-Chaux-de-Fonds in 1721. He made his first chronometer in 1743, marking the beginning of his career. Fifteen years later, he accompanied Pierre Jacquet-Droz, a well-known watchmaker at the time, on a trip to Madrid. This trip proved to be a turning point in his career, and it was after this significant event that the company was established.
Jacquet-Droz decided to make a trip to the king of Spain in 1758 so that he could exhibit his merchandise at the royal court. Impressed by the timepieces, King Ferdinand VI purchased them for a price of 2,000 pistoles (gold coins).
Afterward, Jacquet-Droz returned to Switzerland, but Gevril stayed in Madrid. He was appointed as the 'Royal Clockmaker' by the king, and thereafter, he spent considerable time making clocks for the royalty and sharpening his skills.
A distinctive, Swiss-made timepiece is always a sound investment. Artfully reminiscent of the famed New York City skyline, each watch in the Gevril Wall Street Collection commands attention with a stainless steel, architectural design.
The unidirectional rotating bezel frames a sapphire, anti-glare crystal. Carefully crafted to perfection, a magnified lens displays luminous indices and hands on a contrasting dial. Form never sacrifices function: each watch is water resistant up to 200 meters and features a stainless steel bracelet with a folding deployment clasp.
It's recommended to visit the website gevril.com, where you'll find many nice watches, including the offered Wall Street, as well as manual instructions for it.

The offered Wall Street is brand new, still fully wrapped in original Gevril plastic (see pics).
