The Bollinger Special Cuvée is the purest expression of the style of one of the oldest Champagne houses.

The blend of this wine is remarkably consistent and stands out from other champagnes with a 10% supply of fermented wine in oak casks, giving it a vinous appearance typical of Bollinger.

Few Champagne houses reach the undisputed reputation of Bollinger. The seriousness and the regularity are its best assets since the beginning of the XIXe century, and the Special Cuvée brings the demonstration of it: assembly with large dominant of Pinot Noir (60% minimum) resulting from several years, it asserts, in a style Nervous, full-bodied and beautiful, like the very type of "simple" raw non-vintage of great character and seduction.
