Due to the current situation of international mail processing in Italy, packages may take significantly longer to clear customs and be delivered compared to other countries.
It is not uncommon for customs clearance to take 3?8 weeks, even when the package arrives in Italy quickly.

Records will be shipped in a special, sturdy box, with cushioning material to protect them flat.
Depending on the record, each box weighs 500g to 800g and measures 35cm x 35cm x 5cm.
Shipping will be via Japan Post.

!Caution!
Shipping will be from Japan. Due to the recent increase in packaging and shipping costs, shipping costs will be around 30 euro.
If various expenses decrease in the future, we will of course lower the shipping fee. Thank you for your understanding.

We do not offer combined shipping.
This is because we received a complaint that "only one item was included" when we previously shipped multiple items together. We take videos of the packaging process and have evidence that multiple items are neatly packed together, but we do not offer combined shipping because there are people who engage in malicious behavior.
